Tutoring
Pricing
In regards to tutoring, our satisfaction guarantee means that, if we fail to meet your tutoring needs, you are not responsible for payment of the session. Each session is paid for at its end, and only if we were able to help. Meaning, if you need help understanding the coursework, you only pay if you feel the topic was properly explained to you. Need help finishing homework? You only pay if the homework is properly completed (and you understand it!!). Need help debugging a program? You only pay if we can help find/fix the issue. I'm sure you're noticing the pattern here ; ).

Founder & Company
My name is Thomas Bradshaw and after graduating from Princeton University in 2016, I immediately started a hedge fund with some colleagues from school in which I was the lead programmer. We saw success pretty quickly and while the financial aspect was great, the culture wasn’t exactly to my taste. After about 3 years, I elected to build my own trading algos and live off of that income while I figured out my next project. Eventually, it dawned on me… I loved tutoring math in high school, so why not take that skill to the next level and start a tutoring gig!? Since then, the gig has evolved into a network of programmers that services not only tutoring but also software consultation and development.
Why I Love Tutoring
-
It keeps my skills sharp and constantly evolving!
-
I like helping people… cliche, but it’s true! It’s difficult to describe the feeling of knowing that someone is permanently (and positively) changed after having interacted with you. To know that you came into someone’s life and made a lasting impact; you've given them something they can take with them and use to better their own lives. And of course, the pure joy in someone’s eyes/voice when they finally “get it”! When something that has been puzzling them for so long is made clear to them… yep, it’s a great feeling.
-
Networking! I’ve met a lot of cool people who are involved in different fields that have taught me a lot and made several friends along the way. A lot of my client relationships have extended past tutoring and we’ve ended up working on several projects together.

Why I Love Software Consulting
-
New ideas! I’ve worked with and helped many companies with their endeavors and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that just because someone needs help in one area, doesn’t mean that they haven’t done another area so well that there’s nothing you can learn from it! Learning never stops. Consultation often results in an exchange of (nonproprietary) ideas and culture and most if not all of my experiences have ended in all parties involved feeling a mutual benefit.
Why I Love Software Development
-
I truly enjoy helping my clients and bringing ideas to life! Admittedly, software development entails much less human interaction than tutoring or consulting, and I'm certainly not a fan of this aspect of the service. With that being said, this is greatly offset by the satisfaction of knowing that I am helping someone’s vision and dreams manifest into reality. In today's competitive economic climate, whether you're a large entity, a small business, or a sole proprietor just getting started, it is imperative to take advantage of the edge that technological utilization can offer. I'd be honored to be a part of that for you!
